Position Channel Sales Head
Responsibilities:
Channel Sales management
Maintain good relationship with Banks and Securities Houses
Lead and manage Channel Sales daily activities
Plan and develop Channel strategies to achieve channel targets
Probing Banks'sclients needs by monthly basis
Cooperation with branch operation
Join branch daily operations and activities
Plan the business segmentation for Channel positioning
Set up achievement target to meet branch P&L breakeven
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services industry with a strong management track record, preferably with at least 3 years in the mutual fund business with responsibility in investment operations.
Strong track record of being a leader in leading and managing a high performance, cohesive and committed team that is business-focused yet not compromising on essential financial and business controls.
Experience with international organization and ability to work in an multinational environment
Fluency English is essential.
Must have high ambition, high energy and the vision required for this challenging assignment
Strategically minded and strong business acumen

A team player with a strong sense of loyalty and commitment to quality
Customer service (both to customers, business partners and vendors) orientation
