职位:北方区域直销总监(工作地点:北京)
职位要求:
1. 协助直销总监做好区域内重要客户开发及维护工作
2. 做好区域内客户的信息收集、整理及客户服务工作
3. 协助区域总监做好部门内事务性工作
4. 协助公司各部门做好监管机构及托管银行的事务性工作
5. 负责区域内部分客户的开发和维护工作,并承担相应的部门考核任务
任职资格:
1. 全日制本科或以上学位,市场营销、工商管理、金融或相关经济管理类专业
2. 3-5年证券或基金机构业务相关经验,熟悉国内的证券、基金市场,全面掌握各种基金产品知识,熟悉市场营销的整个流程,有良好的销售技巧
3. 具备丰富的客户资源和良好的客户关系,具有很强的客户沟通能力
4. 良好的团队合作意识性格外向,结果和业绩导向,
5. 具备证券基金从业资格

Position: Head of Direct Sales-Northern Region (Location: Beijing)
Responsibility
1. Assist Head of Direct Sales to develop and maintain customer
2. Responsible for collect and regulate the customer information and customer service
3. Assist Head of Direct Sales to implement the logistics job
4. Coordinate with other departments on the logistics job from supervise organization and banks
5. Responsible for the regional customer development and maintenance, and responsible for the relevant sales target.
Qualification
1. Full time Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or Economics and Management related majors.
2. 3-5 year’s sales experience in institutional wealth management business in security or funds. Be familiar with domestic security or funds market and entire marketing process. Have knowledge of various funds products. Good selling skill
3. Have good social relations and client resources. Strong communication skills with clients
4. Good team leader/player and result oriented..
5. Have security /funds license
