Position: HR Supervisor/Manager

Responsibility

1. Manage C&B programs including monthly payroll, tax reporting, social insurance, supplementary insurance and other benefits program
2. Supplementary medical insurance update and coordination with vendor
3. Other benefits including medical check, outing, sports, and other benefits payment check and verification
4. Assist HR Head of performance management, salary review and C&B projects.
5. Check and supervise the existing benefits administrator in terms of contract management, personnel management, and staff movement activities.
6. Maintain good relationship with related government bodies; communicate updated government social benefit policies & other local policies to all related internal parties.
7. On-site support for payroll delivery to bank, finance, and employees
8. Responsible for 3rd party personnel service administration
9. Support other HR function, e.g. recruitment, training & etc.
10. Other ad-hoc HR related jobs

Requirement
1. Full time Bachelor degree or above
2. Above 5 years C&B relevant working experiences in multinational companies
3. Strong data analytical skill with detail conscious
4. Excellent communication skills and good at problem solving;
5. Customer attitude towards inter-department and external customers
6. Strong sense of responsibility
7. Good command of Spoken and written English

1. 负责薪资福利工作包括薪资计算,报税,社保及补充商业保险等各项福利项目。
2. 负责员工商业保险的更新及协调
3. 负责包括健康体检,集体活动,文体活动等其他福利项目的组织和协调
4. 协助人力资源总监开展绩效考核,薪资调整及专项薪资福利项目
5. 复核并监督现有合同管理,员工档案管理及员工调动等操作流程。.
6. 与相关政府部门保持良好关系,向公司内部及时沟通社保政策及其他相关人事政策
7. 保持与银行,财务部门及员工积极沟通确保薪资及时到账
8. 监督第三方供应商提供的服务
9. 支持招聘培训等其他人力资源模块的工作
10. 其他人事相关工作


要求
1. 全日制大学本科毕业及以上。
2. 5年以上在跨国公司薪资福利相关工作经验
3. 优秀的数据分析能力及细节意识
4. 优秀的沟通技巧,善于问题解决;
5. 对待内部员工和外部客户的服务精神
6. 强烈的责任心
7. 流利的口语英语及书面英语
