职位名称：高级系统工程师
工作职责:
1、负责公司IT基础架构的日常运行管理和维护
2、负责相关系统的选型、采购、部署及相关文档的管理
3、根据业务需求及时提出系统改进方案，并联络供应商进行实施
4、根据监管部门监管要求及公司相关管理制度，对相关系统进行配置并定期检查
5、协助进行各业务系统在测试环境及生产环境的部署和升级
任职要求:
1、计算机应用、电子工程或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年以上系统管理和网络管理经验，或中大型系统集成项目经验，有证券、基金、期货行业项目实施经验者优先；
3、熟悉Windows和Linux平台下的网络管理和操作，熟练掌握Active Directory的配置和部署及Microsoft或Linux下的服务器软件，具备MCSE证书或RHCE证书；
4、熟练掌握CISCO和主流厂商网络设备及防火墙、VPN等配置和部署，具有中大型网络规划、设计、维护的经验，获得CCNP或以上资格认证，具备CCIE证书者优先；
5、熟悉存储和备份系统，如NetApp存储和Veritas备份系统
6、大学英语六级及以上，熟练的英语听说读写能力
7、出色的组织能力、良好的沟通能力、奉献精神和团队合作精神，能够承受巨大的工作压力

Position: Senior System Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily operation management and maintenance of IT Infrastructure
2. Responsible for relevant system evaluation, purchasing, deployment and related filing
3. Raise the system improvement proposal per business needs and contact vendor to implement
4. Set up the relevant system and do regular check per regulatory requirements and company policies
5. Assist executing system deployment and upgrading in testing environment and production environment.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with IT or electronic engineering related background;
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in system management and network management, or mid to large size system integration, have experience in fund/securities industry is preferred
3. Be familiar to network management and operation under Windows and Linux platform, Master in Active Directory configuration and deployment, and server-based software under Microsoft or Linux, should have MCSE certificate or RHCE certificate.
4. Master in network equipment and firewall from CISCO and other primary vendor, VPN configuration and deployment, have mid to large size network planning, design and maintenance experience, obtained CCNP certification and above, have CCIE certificate is preferred.
5. Be familiar to storage and backup system, such as NetApp storage and Veritas backup system
6. Good command of English, CET-6 or above.
7. Outstanding organization ability, good communication skills and team spirit, can work under pressure.
